As our items are made to order, the processing time is generally 7-10 days from point of purchase. Processing times may vary due to the volume of orders and items. Custom-fitted pieces may require a longer processing time. Domestic Shipping
Domestic (CANADA) orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days of shipping. Shipping time may vary based on your carrier selection at checkout. For pricing and a more accurate time frame, input your shipping address and select your carrier at checkout.

International Shipping
International shipping times and prices are dependent on location and carrier choice. For pricing and a more accurate time frame, input your shipping address and select your carrier at checkout.

Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2020 Tenth Line Rd Unit #2, Orléans, ON K4A 4X4 (Cafe Latte Cino.) After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Local Delivery 

Close Delivery: within 10 k.m of Cafe Latte Cino - $15

Standard Delivery: within 25 k.m of Cafe Latte Cino - $20
